2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use ROBI-AI, we may collect account details (including your email address and the one-time codes we send you to sign in), contact information, payment-related metadata, device and browser information, usage events, uploaded materials, interview responses, and transcripts and feedback reports of your practice sessions. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. During a call your voice is processed in real time to run the interview; we store the text transcript and the report, not an audio recording.
3. How we use data
We use personal data to provide interview practice features, personalize question flows, generate feedback, maintain account access, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve performance, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related updates.
4. Audio, transcripts, and uploaded materials
If you choose to use voice features or upload materials, we process those inputs to run mock interviews, generate transcripts, produce coaching feedback, and support the features you request. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect the service (for example, your sign-in session and security tokens). We also use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads, which set their own cookies or similar technologies, to understand how the service is used and to measure conversions such as sign-ups and purchases. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; blocking analytics or advertising cookies does not affect your ability to use the service.
6. Sharing with service providers
We may share data with vendors that help us operate the service. These include OpenAI, which powers the voice interviewer, in-call transcription, feedback reports, and job-posting analysis; Polar, our merchant of record, which handles payments, taxes, and refunds (your card details are collected by Polar, not by us); Resend, which delivers sign-in code emails; Google, for Sign-In, Analytics, and Ads; Cloudflare Turnstile, which may be used on sign-in forms to block automated abuse; and our hosting providers. They may process data only on our behalf and under appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
7. International processing
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where providers such as OpenAI, Google, and Resend operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers and take reasonable steps to protect personal data during processing.
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including delivering the service, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security, and meeting legal or accounting obligations.
9. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
ROBI-AI is not directed to children and should not be used by anyone who is not legally able to consent to the service in their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page with a revised effective date.
